Data Deletion

You can request deletion of data associated with Bizu websites, products, experiments, and connected developer apps by email.

How to request deletion

1. Email josecfreittasbizu@gmail.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”.
2. Include the email address, account, or platform identifier connected to your request.
3. If the request relates to a third-party platform such as Meta, include the relevant Page, Business, ad account, or app context when available.

What happens next

We will review the request, verify that we can identify the relevant data, and delete or anonymize data that Bizu controls unless retention is required for legal, security, audit, or operational reasons.

Third-party permissions

You can also remove Bizu app permissions directly inside the third-party platform account settings. Removing permissions may stop future access but may not automatically delete records already processed by Bizu, so email us if you want deletion reviewed.
