Bizu builds software products and experiments. This policy explains what information may be processed when you visit Bizu websites, contact us, use a Bizu product, or connect through a third-party platform such as Meta.

When you authorize a third-party integration, the information available to Bizu depends on the permissions you grant and the third-party platform rules. For Meta integrations, this may include ad account identifiers, Page identifiers, campaign metadata, creative metadata, lead or messaging data when permitted, and related performance or management information.

How we use information

We use information to operate products, provide support, improve reliability, measure product usage, respond to requests, manage authorized integrations, and comply with platform, legal, and security obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with infrastructure, analytics, hosting, communication, and platform providers when needed to operate Bizu products or comply with law.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, unless a longer period is required for legal, security, audit, or operational reasons.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of information by contacting us. For platform-connected data, you can also remove permissions directly through the third-party platform.
